It was recently renovated, is comfortable and upscale, offers you peace and quiet, away from the city noise and mass tourism.

This unique villa is located in a breathtaking location on the first row to the sea, surrounded by lush vegetation, with a beautiful view of the bay.

Villa Sveti Petar consists of a total of 3 floors and includes 10 rooms and one apartment with two rooms. You spend the night in lovingly furnished guest rooms, which, with their individual design and interior, become your personal “feel good room”.

The spacious and air-conditioned rooms have a terrace or balcony and a private bathroom with shower, toilet, hairdryer, some with bathtub, and individual seating (armchair or couch).
9 out of 10 rooms have sea views.

WiFi and private parking are available on site free of charge.

Pets are not allowed.

About Rooms and apartmans

The spacious and air-conditioned rooms have a terrace or balcony and a private bathroom with shower, toilet, hairdryer, some with bathtub, and individual seating (armchair or couch). In Nine out of ten rooms have a view of the sea.

All rooms also have kettles with coffee and tea making facilities. A free bottle of water is available in the room upon arrival. Towels and a cosmetic set are also included in the room.

Further facilities include a minibar and a safe, as well as an LCD satellite TV with 60 channels. Room size 15 – 25 m². Bed width of 1.60 m.

In addition, the villa has a restaurant, a heated outdoor pool with a whirlpool that invites you to relax, and a small outdoor fitness area.

Our Offer is Completed by an Apartment of 50 M2, Consisting of 1 Bedroom, 1 Living Room, and Kitchen With Dining Room. You Can Enjoy a Private Atmosphere on the Spacious Terrace Surrounded by Mediterranean Vegetation.

Beach Accomodation

The beach is about 2 meters from the house, mainly reserved for our guests. 

Sunbeds and umbrellas are included in the service.

Pool/beach towels are not included in the service and can be rented for a fee.

Our Restaurant

For an ideal start to the day, we serve you a rich and delicious breakfast with a variety of local products in the in-house restaurant on the terrace overlooking the Adriatic Sea.

Warm bread, croissants, ham from the heart of Dalmatia, sausages, various types of cheese, jams, muesli, omelettes, scrambled eggs, sweet or savory waffles and local seasonal fruit await you.

Our Mediterranean cuisine will inspire you with authentic dishes. At dinner you can enjoy a fantastic sunset from the terrace and end the evening in a cultivated atmosphere.

Information regarding booking and staying in our facility:

  1. Minimum stay of 3 days in low season
  2. In the high season only weekly bookings of 7 nights are possible.
  3. On the day of arrival the apartments are available from 3 p.m.
  4. On the day of departure we ask you to vacate the room by 10.00 a.m
  5. Bicycles, kayaks, surfboards can also be rented from us on a daily or weekly basis for a fee.

We offer the possibility of renting a 6.70 m long boat with a 250 hp engine, for which a driving license is required.
We also offer boat trips to nearby islands.
Upon request, we can provide a mooring for our guests’ private boat.

For all our guests staying on a half-board basis, we have prepared a carefully selected menu that includes:

  • a rich selection of fresh salads,
  • a daily soup,
  • a main course of your choice: meat, fish or vegetarian menu,
  • fresh bread,
  • and a sweet dessert to end the meal.

Every morning you have the opportunity to choose in advance which main course you would like for dinner, simply by circling your wish on the prepared menu.
