Dear guests,
In order to ensure you a pleasant stay and to eliminate possible misunderstandings, we ask you to familiarize yourself with the house rules. The reservation confirmation means that you are familiar with the house rules and agree to them or will comply with them in full.
The guest who does not comply with the house rules and disturbs the peace will have their accommodation terminated without notice.
- Upon arrival, please hand over the passport documents of all guests to the host, which is necessary for registration at the tourism agency.
- The host will be at your disposal for all the information you need throughout your stay. He is not obligated to take care of the guest’s free time and to organize animation.
- It is strictly forbidden to bring people who are not users of this accommodation into the apartment. Only persons registered with the host may use the accommodation.
- When the room is taken, we must be informed immediately of any defects found.
- No liability is accepted for any valuables brought by the guest.
- The use of the paths and stairs to the room as well as to the water etc. is at your own risk.
- Smoking inside the room is forbidden. Please also remember to dispose of your cigarettes yourself and not toss them around the site.
- The windows and doors must be kept closed in storms and rain.
- Towels, blankets and pillows remain in the room and cannot be used outside the premises.
- Do not throw hygiene items in the toilets, but in the bins provided.
- For fire safety reasons, no additional devices such as immersion heaters, fan heaters, hotplates or the like may be installed.
- You are required to refrain from anything that could disturb a quiet and peaceful cohabitation. In particular, noise, loud operation of sound systems and slamming doors should be avoided.
- Absolute silence is to be observed between 2 p.m. and 4 p.m. and between 11 p.m. and 7 a.m.
- If a key is lost, you are obligated to pay for the costs (new key and/or exchange of the lock). If you lose the key, you are liable for 35.00 euros.
- You should leave the room you have rented in the same condition it was when you entered it – clean, tidy and undamaged.
- The guest who causes damage intentionally or accidentally must compensate the full amount of the damage caused. On the day of departure, the guest is obliged to allow the host to carry out an inspection in his own presence to prove that he has not caused any damage by using the rooms and household appliances. Any damage that was not reported upon departure will be subsequently claimed from the guest through court proceedings.
- The accommodation is available from 2pm on the day of arrival and until 10am on the day of departure.
It goes without saying that the guest is familiar with the house rules and agrees with them right from the start. For any disputes that cannot be resolved internally with the host, the jurisdiction of the police or the court in Split applies. Only complaints made during the stay will be considered.
The host holds the right to make changes.
