Cancellation policy
Free cancellation before 30 days
Fixed booking / deposit
- When making a reservation, a deposit of 50% of the booking price is required.
- Please pay the deposit into our account at Raiffeisen Bank Split (IBAN number will be sent to you by email).
- The reservation is confirmed once the deposit has been received.
- We kindly ask you to pay the bill on the first day after arrival or to transfer it to our bank account in advance.
- Of course, the deposit paid will be deducted from the invoice. We are happy to accept your debit or credit card (Visa, Mastercard).
Our Cancellation Conditions
- No cancellation costs will be charged up to 1 month before the day of arrival.
- Up to 1 week before the day of arrival: 90% of the total arrangement price.
- In the last week before the day of arrival: 100% of the total arrangement price.
